Punjab Fertilizers (Control) Order, 1973 was enacted by Governor in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Punjab Essential Articles (Control) Ordinance, 1973. It regulates the use, storage and supplies of fertilizers. It extends to whole of Punjab.

Before the modern trans movement, gay culture was largely viewed through a binary lens: butch/femme, top/bottom. Trans culture introduced the concept of the spectrum . Ms. Mahnoor Nazir graduated in law from Punjab University and has done her masters in English literature as well from Punjab University.
